grasped my computer screen and printed it out to show how we use webcam to talk,he just leaf through but did look at the date,he looked at every photo and asked who is the black
lady with us when we were in Beijing,

might be,but my answers made it clear,so

real name.)

SO: We met each other in early April of 2005 on internet.

SO: Yes, he came two times. Once in July 2005 and then again
in December 2005 for my birthday. Do you want to see pictures?
VO: Do you have pictures?
SO: Yes...(She gives him all 65+ MSN web cam pictures
first. These pictures were made to accomplish two requirements of a K-1. First, to show communication and second to show a bona fide
relationship). Then she showed pictures of us together alone, with her
family and with her friends.
VO: Do you guys have children?
SO: Yes, I have a son and he has a son.
VO: Asked her for some financial paper.
SO: She was not clear on exactly which paper he wanted. She thinks he asked to
see something with tax. She gives him the entire finacial
folder. Let him decide which paper he wants to see. He looks at some of the
financial papers.
VO: Starts to write something on another piece of paper. Then hands her a paper
that has the most beautiful color of red/pink and says you are approved!!!
SO: Thank you very, very, very much!!!, (she says this in Chinese)
Then she repeats in English...Thank you very, very, very much!!!

You've known him for 8 years, you are planning to get married, and you don't
know what he does? "We haven't discussed it that much. I don't know. It
doesn't matter to me."

This was meet with much laughter by both and greatly
relaxed the VO and my SO. The rest of the interview was very relaxed from this
point on.

begins to name the people. The VO is impressed that my father travelled to

presented my passport and a one page, notarized condensed version of our
“evolution of our relationship” letter. The VO looked at my passport and read
the letter… then asked the following questions…
1. Asked about her former husband… He was killed in an auto accident 5 years
ago.
2. Asked about my ex-wife… When we were separated and when we were divorced.
3. Asked to see the financial information. I134, letter from
employer, letter from bank.
4. Asked if I spoke Chinese. SO said a little. Asked if she spoke English. SO said a little and then showed
the VO our hand held translators.
5. Asked how often we communicate. SO offered a 2 inch thick
log of emails, IM, and phone records. VO smiled but declined. SO offered pictures of our wedding and my 4 trips to

The VO asked to look at 2005 taxes, pictures, communication evidence which I
had provided a screen print of our conversation logs from yahoo messenger and
web cam shots (2 times every day) telephone bills and emails. She looked at
pictures and the index of our relationship evidence, contained in the 25 manilla envelopes, my wife had with her. My wife handed the
VO the index with her passport at the beginning of the interview.

date.com; at the moment she wept as she thought not knowing was a problem....
3) Evidence of 1st chinese visit - now this one is a
little interesting - she had lost all the receipts that I sent to her,
including the air tickets. I had scanned these previously, so I sent the copies.
She had only copies to show.
4) Asked to see a Copy of my passport and stamped page for first visit.
5) Asked to see my 2005 tax return. The return was submitted late as I have
filed a W7 (taxpayer identification number). The W7, W2 and pay stubs were
included.
6) Can I see emails. All our emails are written in

spent most of the time looking over my I-864 documents and did not ask to see
